These terms and conditions ("Agreement") define your rights and responsibilities regarding all services, games, and offers on the joea9 platform. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on joea9, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If any of that information changes, you must update it immediately. joea9 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3.2 Login Credentials Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or identity is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts and funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the joea9 platform is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods:

• Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification & Compliance

joea9 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. For suspicious transactions, joea9 may request additional verification information. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the transaction may be placed on hold.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at joea9 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 total must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by joea9.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• joea9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be applicable at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

joea9's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply according to tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Your VIP tier is determined based on your account activity and participation. joea9 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the joea9 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Results are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Users are assumed to be familiar with the rules of any game before they begin playing.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds and market information are subject to change. A bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to joea9's specific policy.

6.3 Live Games

Live casino games offer the opportunity to play with a real-time dealer. If an internet connection is lost during a live game, joea9's system will determine the game result based on the state of play at that moment.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, joea9 reserves the right to void that bet. joea9 also reserves the right to correct any incorrect amount displayed as a result of an error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joea9 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements ("bonus abuse").
• Selling or transferring account credentials to another person.
• Attempting to intrude into or modify any software or system on the platform.
• Using automated software ("bots") or scripts.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes ("collusion").
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Using a false identity or documents.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 joea9's Rights

joea9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• An account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before closing your account, please withdraw any available funds (where applicable and subject to wagering requirements being met). Account closure requests must be made through the support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

The joea9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. joea9's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Service unavailability due to technical errors or system maintenance.
